- After clicking on the "Comparable Sales" link on the main "E-Services" page, you will be brought to the searching interface displayed above. On this page you have the ability to search by a number of options. For demonstrational purposes, we will search by "month/year" and "vacant/improved."
- In the drop-down menus for beginning and ending month/year, select "January/2001." Then, under the "Vacant/Improved" drop-down, select "improved." After doing this, click the "submit" button.
